It says in the manual of this EVM the layout files could be obtain upon request. I tried and did not get it so far.

Can I have any sample layout of either this EVM or any 4-port TUSB4041-based USB hub ?

Those look like OrCAD files extensions to me. What I have is a DxDesigner suite which would accept .pcb files for PADS (I have sch printout - also looks like OrCAD). Or I could use Gerbers, I could view them with some Gerbtool likeness.
