DS90UH940-Q1: Mipi output issue

We purchased 947 and 940 EVM boards.

After configuring the communication mode, we can see that the pass locks of 940 are all high level, but the Mipi output of reading 940 register 0x02 = 0x00 ,Mipi output has no enable signal.
