Hi Team,

Looking at the TMDS171/181 EVMs, I couldn't find the jumper for I2C_EN Pin (J3) by default.

Isn't this pin a LVCMOS input which requires high or low ? Does it have internal pull up or pull down ?

I also found a typo in the User's Guide (SLLU217A).

When I2C_EN PIN = Low (JP2-3), the device is only in PIN mode which I2C access can not be used.

This description in the manual is explanation for the J3, not for the jumper setting JP2-3.

This sentence may confuse user, so could you please make modification in the next revision ?

Hello Kawai,

The default for the EVM J3 should be JP 2-3 to enable pins straps, as that is what the rest of the jumpers configure. We will correct the typo as well, thank you for your diligence.

I believe there are two versions for TMDS1x1 EVM.

One of the board does not have the jumper on J3. Since this pin is LVCMOS input, it would be helpful if you could place a jumper on J3 before shipping the EVM.
