DS90LV004: Is it normal about the temperature?

Dears：

Could you kindly help to check the schematic, since we found the temperature of DS90LV004 is so high(about 60˚C) on the welded board and FPGA dose not run any program code.

Is it normal? And pls. kindly help to give some advice to cool them down.

Hello Lian,

I don't see any issues with how the DS90LV004 is connected. Can you please try is to measure the total current going into DS90LV004 and make sure it is within spec (<140 mA)? Are all the inputs and outputs used (not floating)?

Another thing to try is to put a pull up resistor between /PWDN pin and VCC (e. g. 4.7Kohm). I am not sure if it will make a difference, but it is worth trying.
