TCA6416A: About WQFN PKG size(measurements)

Hi Team,

 

We would like to know TCA6416ARTWR (WQFN)’s size(measurements).

We found two case of measurements(Page41 and Page42).

Which is correct data?

    Hey Kanemaru,

    I am looking into this for you. Currently I can tell you that page 41 (picture on the left) was in the previous versions of the datasheet and page 42 looks to be the 'new addition.' My guess here is page 41 is correct. I'll try to validate this and get back to you by sometime next week.

    Hey Kanemaru-san,

    Our internal system we use to keep track of the devices points to page 41 as the package dimensions and not page 42. Please tell the customer page 41 should be the correct dimensions.

    Hi Bobby-san,

     

    I have one more question.

    We would like to know “Size and Shape of THERMAL PAD”.

    According to the Page.41 of datasheet, “SIZE AND SHAPE SHOWN ON SEPARATE SHEET”.

     

    However, we can’t find this information.

    (I understand that there is “Size and Shape of THERMAL PAD” in Page.42 but this Page is incorrect information.)

     

    Could you please let us know “Size and Shape of THERMAL PAD”?
