I want to test x1 lane PCIe. I have SN65LVPE504 4 Chanel PCIe re-driver. What happens other unused 6 pins?

you can leave it open, but those channels still on.

Can I connect ground? This connection cause any problem our x1 lane channel?

just leave it open and those u ued channels will be in idle mode
