I want to use port A ,don't use port B, when don't use port B ,what does port B pin need to do（float or short ）？Who can tell me，thanks，have a pin checklist about tlk10232？thanks！

You may float port B I/O pins and assert PDTRXB_N. See pin description below.

PDTRXB_N pin: Transceiver Power Down. When this pin is held low (asserted), Channel B is placed in power down mode. When deasserted, Channel B operates normally. After deassertion, a software data path reset should be issued through the MDIO interface.
