LMH0384: SDO layout question

My customer is asking SDO output schematic layout.

Current design is to utilize top layer PCB -> thru DC cutting cap -> thru LVDS receiver.

what if differential signal line are well controlled as 100ohms impedance matching with same pattern length,

Customer can utilize internal layer in addition to top layer?   if possible, Would you please kindly share max Length (distance, how long mm or cm) from SDO terminal without video signal has not been issued?

Regarding SDI terminal, Customer well know SMPTE spec. But I am not aware OUT specification detail.

    Trace length from SDO to the receiver, depends on the insertion loss of the PCB material used and receiver capability. LMH0384 output differential voltage is about 400mV. Customer can check insertion loss of their board. Knowing this, they would know eye opening at the input of their receiver. Then they can check their receiver input sensitivity to make sure it is well capable of receiving this signal.
