    Mario,

    Texas Instruments products are established to be capable of a minimum 24 months in moisture controlled situations; products are capable of even longer shelf lives. There are some few exceptions on identified extended shelf life devices for which the age is 60 months. All products comply to TI standard warranty conditions and for products sold in dry pack.

    The TPIC1021DRG4 device is identified to not have an extended shelf life, therefore it follows the standard 24 month. If you have questions on other devices, you can look up the product shelf life in this search tool on ti.com:  https://www.ti.com/quality/docs/productshelflife.tsp

    All of that being said, the TPIC1021 has been not recommended for new designs by TI. In place of this device I would recommend the TLIN1021 which has the same pinout, features, and extended protection on the LIN and VSUP pins, as well as extended ESD protection.
