Hi Kevin,
You will need to load the XHCI HSETT tool fromt he USB-IF to generate the expected USB 2.0 test packets. For USB 3.0, you can also use the tool to enable USB 3.0 compliance modes.
It can be downloaded here: https://usb.org/documents?search=&category%5B%5D=50&items_per_page=50

Hi Kevin,
The XHCI HSETT tool is for Windows only:
https://usb.org/documents?search=xhsett&type%5B%5D=53&items_per_page=50
However, for USB full speed testing a special test packet / test tool is not needed. The regular SOFs from the host are used for the signal quality testing.

Dear JMMN,
1.Customer is not sure what is SOFs
2.They connect the TUSB7340 and TUSB2046, and measure the waveforms close to TUSB2046
Is it necessary to go through above test, or the waveform below should be enough?
Base on the waveforms it seems pass the spec.
3.They are using Linux base, how to deal with it?
4.Can you provide your E-mail so I can discuss with you directly?

HI Kevin,
Please accept my friend request for direct communication.
1. SOFs (start of frames) are sent from the host to the hub automatically when it is not suspended.
2. Yes, the waveforms captured are enough to check the downstream FS eye diagram of the TUSB7340. They can check the downstream FS eye diagram of the TUSB2046 by connecting a device downstream of the hub and checking the waveform.
3.For testing USB Full Speed operation nothing is needed from the operating system, so Linux is no issue.

JMMN
