DS25BR110: Termination resistance

Hi,

Datasheet shows there is 100 ohm for Output termination.

But Output resister may be 50 ohm due to internal 100 ohm and external 100 ohm in below case.

Is my understanding correct?

Hi Nagata,

Yes, the DS25BR110 expects an external 100 Ohm termination at the receiver. Setup as in Figure 10. from your post the DS25BR110 will meet datasheet specifications.

Hi Lee,

I also have a question.
Is it possible to recognize small amplitude signals by changing EQ0,1?

When EQ0=1 and EQ1=1, is it possible to operate with a signal of +-50 mV amplitude?
