Paddy,
Yes, the driver output pins can stand up to +/-13.2V and the receiver input pins can stand up to +/-25V. Please refer to the absolute maximum ratings table on page 3 of the datasheet.

My understanding is Drivers' max voltage should refer to Vi of input voltage range that is up to 6V.
However you mentioned 13.2V is actually max output voltage of Driver itself.
Is my understanding correct?

The driver's output voltage is referenced to ground. The maximum voltage is about from -6V to +6V. Similarly the driver's maximum DC fault voltage is +/-13.2V. I hope this make sense to you.
