SN65LBC174A: Needed details of VOH and VOL levels

Hello, 

Can you please provide me the output voltage levels of Driver IC SN65LBC174A. I cant find these details in Electrical characteristics table. I hope that this is Active part and also please let me know the Maturity level of part?

    Bhargav,

    RS485/RS422 devices work with differential signal (V_Y - V_Z). Therefore usually the devices are specified with Vod (differential output voltage). Is there any specific reason that you care about Voh and Vol in the application?

    Hi Hao,

    Yes, I can understand about it that we can use Vod values for differential output. But there are VOH and VOL values in other part datasheet electrical characteristics.  we have the requirement that the values should be above above 2,4V and below 0.8V. I can say that TTL logic levels range. do you have any specified values of it?

    Also, I need status of part and maturity level?

    Bhargav,

    SN65LBC174A output is RS485 signal, not TTL. I'm afraid it may not meet 2.4V and 0.8V requirement. SN65LBC174A Vil and Vih works with the TTL levels. This device is recommended for new development.
