Hi Team,

I believe Figure 13 is test circuit for IOZ of electrical characteristics and blue and red underlines is correspond to Figure 13 as the following.

If so, what is green underline (VI = 0V) means?

VI, VO, II, and IO refer to data pins. So VI = 0V means data pins input voltage is 0V.

Hi David-san,

I appreicate for your reply.
I understand VI is data input, VO is data output, VIN=EN.

If so, I believe there isn't parastic diode (red part) of internal FET because of the following in datasheet.
>(3) For I/O ports, the parameter IOZ includes the input leakage current.

Is my understanding correct? Is it back to back connection?

Correct, there is no parastic diode.

Please take a look at the off isolation spec in the datasheet, it is -40dB.

Hi David-san,

I would like to ask further questions.

1)
Regarding IOZ, I understand it is leakage current from 1D to D as the following.
Is leakage current from D to 1D (VI = 0V to 5.25V, VO = 0V) same value?

2)
Regarding OIRR, I believe it is D / 1D ratio.
Is 1D / D ratio same value?
