TXS0108E: does TXS0108E have weak voltage output or not? If our input signal is just from Low to high and keep the status in high, how is the output level?

Hi,

We plan to use TXS0108E in our M.2 interface for WiFi module.

As the M.2 standard, there are many open-drain signals.

For TXS0108E, does TXS0108E have weak voltage output or not?

If our input signal is just from Low to high and keep the status in high, how is the output level? 

will the output level keep as the same input from low to high too? Not just one pulse in the output.
