Hi team,

My customer is having trouble because they can't get SN74LS06DBR.
Do you have a similar device with the same PKG?
It is difficult for them to change the design because it is in mass production.

    Hi Kengo,

    It will depend on how they are using the device. What are the applied voltages? Signals? Loading?

    The 'LS06 is fairly unique in the logic portfolio, as it is the only device I know of that supports a 5V supply and 30V output voltage, so there may be no option for replacement.

    There is no compatible device with high-current, high-voltage outputs.

    If you do not actually need the high voltage, you could try the SN74LV06A or SN74AHC05 with less drive strength (they are out of stock at TI, but Mouser still has some).
