Hi TI team,

I'd like to understand better as to why the data rate speed decreases as the VCC decreases (on A/B sides).

Is this a slew rate issue? Can you please explain in more detail?

A higher supply voltage results in higher gate-to-source voltage at the internal MOSFETs, which results in lower R_DS(on). This affects both the (dis)charge times of the gates of the internal transistors, and the slew rate of the output driver transistors.
