Can you please search your databases for any information pertaining to the "3" suffix at the end of the part number?

    Hi David,

    The suffix "3" is just to indicate an orderable part number of the base device SN74LVC1G14 in the DCK package. The electrical characteristics do not change, the DCK3 orderable part number has an SNBI lead finish and comes in a reel with 3000 units. This information is available in the packing information at the end of the datasheet.
