Hi Team,
Regarding Vil level of TXS0108 had discussed several times in E2E, but I need to understand about the input low voltage level in more detail.
In the case of my customer, their input signal is as following, and 0.15V level is just 10ns (under 20% of low signal).
Would you please clarify the voltage level of logic low on TXS0108? According to previous E2E, the level was recommended to refer LSF device, but it is difficult to understand since the two device's structure is quite different.
Thanks and Best Regards.
Jerome Shin
For input voltages below VCCA, the TXS behaves as an analog switch. So when the input signal is VIL + X, the output signal can be VOL + X.
Hi Jerome,
In addition to Clemens' feedback, please also see the referenced Factors Affecting VOL for the TXS and LSF Auto-Bidirectional Translational Devices, to help further clarify, thanks
Best Regards,
Michael.
