Do we have Similar with SN74LVC07A, but we need open drain output 12v

Typical Vcc is 3.3v

if any suggestion, Please advise me.

    Only very old TTL devices like SN7407/SN7417 have open-collector outputs that can go above 5 V.

    For such high voltages, you need a power switch like the TPL7407LA. There are also power shift registers and latches like the TPIC6C595. (Most of these devices require more than 3.3 V.)
