I am somewhat confused by a detail in the datasheet:
According to the functional block diagram in chap. 8.2 the hysteresis function appears to be fully in the Vcci-domain.
In the figures 6.5 and 6.6 the current is given as Icc, not clearly as Icci as it IMHO ought to be.
The Electrical characteristics in chap. 6.5 give the switching thresholds and the width of the hysteresis for various Vcci, but Vcco in those entries always is the same as Vcci.
Is this an oversight, the way it was measured or is this the actual definition of the hysteresis?
If the hysteresis is a purely Vcci-related feature (and the feedback is not done jointly with the FETs in the Vcco-domain) then one would expect to see the entry "1.1V-5.5V" in the Vcco column as it is done in some other lines.
Is there an effect of Vcco on the input behavior? If so, which?
