Good day! I need your assistance regarding the customer's inquiry below. Here are the full details below.

I am using the SN74HC14D. The supply voltage is 3,3V.

I do not understand which is the max output current per pin and the max total output current of all output pins.

The absolute maximum ratings tell you at which currents the device will not get damaged.

The test conditions for V_OL/V_OH tell you for which currents the output voltage is guaranteed. You can try to draw higher currents, but the voltage drop might become too high for your load.

All specifications are per pin. The currents sourced or sinced by all output pins flow through V_CC or GND, so those specifications limit the total current.

HC does not have datasheet specifications for 3.3 V. See [FAQ] What method is best used for estimating specification values between those given in the datasheet? Anyway, consider using a more modern device like the SN74LVC14A, SN74AHC14, or SN74HCS04.
