Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74LV1T34
Hi team,
My customer needs to know the Tj, max & Ψjt.
I understand Tj is already shown in the below e2e questions.
But what about the Ψjt?
Thanks,
Luke

Hi Luke,

Michael.
Hi Michael,
Thanks for your answer.
My customer also would like to know below information:
Thanks,

Hi Luke,
Can you share your understanding of what electrical characteristics will likely change (/exceed the datasheet spec) when exceeding Ta > 85deg? (The IC will still be < Tj, max)
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee characteristics that were not characterized since outside the datasheet.
What would be the closest IC that can support Higher Ta?
Please see SN74LV1T34, thanks.
Best Regards,
Michael.
Hi Michael,
I understand we cannot guarantee the spec outside datasheet.
However, the customer would like to know what are the typical behavior of this.
Without guaranteeing anything, can you share your understanding?
Thanks,
Luke
Hi Luke,
Unfortunately, there are no specifications for exceeding the specifications as anything could happen. Hence, not feasible to tell what the typical behavior will be, thanks.
Best Regards,
Michael
