The pinout of the YZP part on p. 3 of the data sheet is numbered 1 to 8, which is not typical for a BGA. The pin numbers on the footprint and package drawings (p. 24-27) are numbered as usual for BGA.
Please confirm that pin 1 of the drawing on p.3 for the YZP bottom view is pin A1 on the package and footprint drawings.
It would also be good to have the data sheet updated to correct the drawing on p.3.
