Do we have any plan to EOL SN74F02DR in near future, if yes, do we have any p2p alternate  with exact same specification  .

    Only the tube packaging is being discontinued.

    A modern replacement would be the SN74AHCT02, but it has different electrical characteristics (especially lower drive strength).

    Clemens' comment is correct.

    Just to add on, we cannot give out any EOL information on our public forum. As long as a device has been purchased in the last 5 years, TI is not able to EOL a device.

    In addition, if a device will be EOLed, customers will gain plenty of notice and can consider a LTB.
