Hi Malcolm,

here the “MTBF/FIT = 0.5 FIT” seems like a Reliability FIT data from field data, but customer needs the Functional Safety FIT rate based on SN29500-2.

The following info. is extracted from SN29500-2 Part 2 for SN74LVC1G125-Q1, pls help to confirm whether it is correct or not.

SN29500-2 Part 2: Expected values for integrated circuits.
Component Failure Rates per Siemens Norm SN29500-2 of SN74LVC1G125-Q1
