Hi TI,

I'm testing logic circuit with TXS0108E, 1.8V to 1.8V .

While powerup, when OE pulled low, I see an unwanted 2.5ms High-level-pulse over B side,
when both sides A&B are pulled low with 100k-PD.
Leakage current is 2uA-max so the voltage should go up to 0.2V...

This phenomenon occurs on multiple lines, and causes bugs over power-control lines.

Do you have newer data-sheet (than july 2023) or errata?

The TXS has internal pull-up resistors. The default (idle) state is high, and you must not use pull-down resistors.

Why are you using a translator when you are not translating? If you just want to disconnect signals, use switches like the TMUX1511.

So how is it that on side A the signal stays low (the internal PU is 10k)?

I will consider using a mux in next revision... but it's important for current revision

Hey Dudi,

What is the status of the OE pin during this time? Is it held low when we see the unwanted high level pulse or is the OE pin still being ramped up? Note that if the OE pin transition time is higher then that listed on the datasheet, it can cause undesirable states at the I/Os:

Please share any waveforms captured to show this anomaly if possible.
