I have a customer design interface that needs a high level input, but SN74LXC2T45DCUR-Q1 was selected in the initial design without noticing that there was a pull-down resistor inside, so it cannot be used.
After that, CAVC2T45TDCURQ1, SN74LVC2T45QDCURQ1 and SN74AXC2T45QDCURQ1 without internal pulldown resistance were selected for testing, but the results were not OK.
So please help recommend this package P2P compatible, with a built-in pull-up chip, non-car gauge is also available.
