Hi Team,

We are using the SN74AXC4T245PWR IC for level translation. In the datasheet, it is given that the data rate supported whea.n translating from 1.8V to 3.3V is up to 380 Mbps, but no details are provided about supported data rates for other voltage translations. Please provide the data rates for translation from 1.5V to 3.3V, 3.3V to 1.5V, and 1.5V to 1.8V, and vice vers

    However, data rate depends on the system designers tolerance for various parameters, so will generally need to be tested in the specific application environment for the clearest understanding of signal integrity.

    Note that this is less dependent on the input voltage but most dependent on the output voltage.

    • Hence, you may estimate 3.3V outputs for 380Mbps.
    • In the past, we have also verified 1.8V outputs up to 250Mbps.
    • Furthermore, I have verified AXC for 1.2V outputs up to 240Mbps using the AXC EVM and suggest verifying per the application, dependent upon system design factors.

    Is there a particular data rate that you are considering using this device for at these voltages? Is this for a specific protocol?

    For example, you may also see TXV0106-Q1 / TXV0108-Q1 up to 400 Mbps 1.8V outputs, 460 Mbps 3.3V outputs, thanks.
