TXH0137D-Q1: TXH0137D-Q1 questions

Part Number: TXH0137D-Q1
For TXH0137D-Q1, there are the following questions:
1. When will it be mass produced?
2. Please help provide the encapsulated AD file and send to my email yuhao-wang@ti.com thank you.
3. Help provide reference circuits
4. Is it possible to input a signal from A and give Y as an output to the MCU?
5. If VCC is connected to 12V according to 4, is it possible to damage the MCU pin connected to Y?
  • Hi Yuhao,

    1.  The APL’d device is to be RTM’d dependent on demand. Hence, timeline to be later decided. If you need a more accurate estimate please further help clarify the business case.
    2. Unfortunately, we do not have any additional files as of this time. All pending RTM.
    3. Unfortunately, the above applied here too.
    4. Yes, A is the input and Y is the output.
    5. This is normal operation with VCC supporting up to 30 V and Y as outputs up to 30 V as well, thanks.

    Best Regards,

    Michael.
