I am not able to read the details on that screen. (Please note that your oscilloscope has a built-in screenshot function.)
But this looks as if some other device also drives the output. If there is no other output connected to the line, check for shorts.

Please note that the feedback still holds i.e is this abnormal for all outputs or only a specific output? If so, ensure no bus contention where the output is also receiving an input. Also, check for shorts i.e known good unit vs suspected unit, thanks
