DEVICE SELECTION: 5V TTL driver with up to 100mA output?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC27517

Team,
Can you please help with the following?
Do we have some Logic or voltage translator that can support this?

We have built a discrete, single-ended line transmitter in a project with the following properties:
   5 V TTL level
  < 100 ns rise/fall time
  10 mA output current
  Short circuit protection
Now we will need to be able to support up to 100 mA output current.
Is there an integrated solution that could be used instead?

I have seen that we reference some "Digital output reference designs" in the below block diagram on TI.COM:
  https://www.ti.com/solution/digital-output-module?variantid=14285&subsystemid=19870
       with some ref designs like:
High Speed Digital Output PLC Module - https://www.ti.com/tool/TIDA-00319
          Low Side 0.5A 8ch Digital Output Module - https://www.ti.com/tool/TIDA-00236
  https://www.ti.com/solution/digital-output-module?variantid=14343&subsystemid=17284
but I am looking for a more integrated solution and lower power output.

Thanks in advance,

Anber
