SN74AXC8T245: Can 8 channels transmit clock signals simultaneously?

Part Number: SN74AXC8T245

I saw in the datasheet of SN74AXC8T245 that,“Simultaneous up and down translation is supported when both VCCA and VCCB are at least 1.40V.”.

I don't quite understand the specific meaning of "Simultaneous up and down translation". Does it refer to 8 channels jumping simultaneously? And why is there a requirement for the power supply voltage at both ends?

Our need is that when VCCA is 3.3V, VCCB is 1V, all 8 channels are unidirectional transmission and change simultaneously in 1M clocks. Can it be supported?

Sincerely looking forward to the answers from TI.
