SN74AC14: The simulation model for SN74AC14 is not correct; please advice!

Hello all,

The simulation-model SN74AC14 is not correct working in LTspice XVII.
The supply current is presenting an excessive current (>1.25 MA) and the intended oscillation is not there..

See attachment for applicable files of a simple application that should work..

Any support would be helpfull.

Hi Marcel,

Have you tried using PSPICE? It is a PSPICE model and not an LTspice model. I'm not familiar if the two are compatible.

If you give me a day I'll try to make it oscillate on my end in TINA and see if there's any issues.

Could you upload a screenshot of your schematic so I can try and replicate your application without having to download/configure LTspice on my end?
