I measured with VCC = 3V
@ 0°C @ 70°C
Positive Threshold Voltage 1.681V 1.675V
Negative Threshold Voltage 0.9V 0.938V
Hysteresis Voltage 0.781V 0.737V

So, the Hysteresis Voltage decreased around 5% from 0 to 70°C.

Can you confirm that the Hysteresis Voltage will always decrease with higher temperatures for all the SN74LVC1G14DB of all batches? Will it always be around 5% from 0 to 70°C?

The switching thresholds depend on the gate-to-source thresholds of multiple complementary transistors, so I doubt that you will see consistent behavior.

What does TI say about this? They must have measurements of different batches.

I know we have normally distributed data as to the hysteresis values at different supply levels. I'm not sure what we collect across temperature ranges. I agree with Clemens that when considering corner process/manufacturing variations you probably aren't going to see consistent behavior across batches, at least not to the degree implied in the original post.

As general practice though we can't really confirm any sort of behavior outside of what is described in the datasheet.
