CD4536B: CD4536BDWR Performance problem

This product is made into a power supply, and the finished power supply is required to run within 3V after powering on, but after we make the finished power, we find that it can run only after powering on more than 4V. The picture OK can run within 3V, NG can not run within 3V

Could you please confirm the reason for this

Hi Yingjiao,

This product is specified to operate between 3V and 18V, did you say the NG device can only operate when Vcc is higher than 4V?

Yes, it takes more than 4V for NG to run after we make the finished product, but it is OK that it can run below 3V. Judging from marking, NG is 22+ and OK is 20+. Is there any difference between these two date code product design parameters?

This is a very old device, I don't think there is any design change.
