TXB0106: SPICE Model

Is there a SPICE model available? I see there is an IBIS model but I don't think that can simulate the level translation transients properly.

Hey Chris,

Unfortunately, there isn't a SPICE model for this part due to the internal one shots of the translator. It is explained further in this FAQ:https://e2e.ti.com/support/logic-group/logic/f/logic-forum/787588/faq-why-is-there-no-pspice-model-for-a-monostable-multivibrator-device

In any case, I would further recommend testing with the TXB EVM to examine real silicon behavior under your system loading conditions.
