Hi There,

I wanted to turn off the Output DRV voltage of the IC UC2800-EP by pulling down the COMP Pin voltage to the ground using the Input supply voltage(18-80V) and BJT logic and NOT with any Opamp Circuitry as it demands a separate Power supply. Has anyone worked on similar application.

What are the characteristics of the control signal, i.e., what are the source and destination voltage ranges of the required level shifter?

Hi,

COMP pin pull-down current max 1mA. You can pick a BJT ok to use with this collector current rating and connect the BJT C to COMP and E to GND, and connect its B to your control circuit.
