I would like to know if there is additionnal data regarding environment that you can share for the Vout,low,max parameter? In the datsheet, the only available data is 0.2 VDC characterized for 100uA of output current. I would need to have a value at lower current, ideally 20uA, can you provide this to me?

For small enough currents, MOSFETs behave like resistors; see [FAQ] What is the output voltage (VOH or VOL) when the output current is X or the supply voltage is Y? So the voltage drop at 20 µA is one fifth of that at 100 µA.

Please note that the specified 100 µA value is at the limit of what can be easily measured directly, and is just the worst case for all supply voltages. A more accurate estimate would be to derive it from the V_OL specification for your actually supply voltage, e.g., for 3.3 V, V_OL(max) = 0.55 V × (20 µA / 24 mA) ≈ 0.5 mV.
