Tool/software:
Hi Team,
Good day!
I am posting this on behalf of the customer.
They are using LSF0204 in their design but the manufacturer has mistakenly used LSF0204DRUTR instead. As per data sheet LSF0204DRUTR requires LOW Active as enable while the layout on our board is as per LSF0204 which uses HIGH Active ( 1v8)
Can you please provide your comments on below :
(1) Is the schematic, correct?
(2) If we de solder the LSF0204DRUTR and use LSF0204RUTR (please confirm is this should be the p/n) will it fix the issue?
(3) Any other fix?
10,9 => I2C_SCL and I2C_SDA @ 100 KHz at 3v3 from the MCU ( Input side)
2,3 => I2C_SCL and I2C_SDA @ 100 KHz desired at 1v8 (Output side ) > connected to sensor @ 1v8
4,5 => GPIO used by sensor @ 1v8
Regards,
Jonathan
Hi Jonathan,
Yes schematic is correct for LSF0204 and both devices are P2P.
Using the D version with EN high implies I/O in high impedance. LSF0204 is correct with EN high i.e. device enabled, thanks.
Best Regards,
Michael.
