High current logic buffer

Hi,

I have a design requirement to use logic buffer / level translator from 3V to 5.0V logic. The output must be capable of driving a minimum of 50mA (running at 8MHz). s there a single package device that could do such function? All of TI's logic buffers are limited to 32mA, unless I missed some when I searched the website.

Also, the output must have HiZ option.

Hi John ,

Do you need single gate or higher channel count desired ?
Please look into sn74BCT25244 devices . They have 188mA IOL and 80mA IOH and works up to 70Mhz .

Ideally I need a single gate device, this is due to board area restriction.
