Hi all

Would you mind if we ask SN74AHC123A

<Question1>
Do you have the figure as like Figure9 on the datasheet P10 with10pF?

<Question2>
How much is the minumum output pulse? 5ns?
Could you let us know the condition which can output the minumum pulse?
And then, our customer are looking for the device which can output with minmum tw=20ns width pulse.
How about SN74LV123A?

Hirotaka san ,

Based on the capacitor and resistor , the 20ns is doable . Be mindful of the retrigger time requirements. SN74LV123A can also be considered .
The min pulse duration is 5nS according to the datasheet.

Hi Hirotaka san ,

I think you are referring to fig 9 of page 12 of the datasheet to get to know K factor. The 10pF is given in the fig to be 4.5.
you could also back calculate it from fig 5 for 10pF , the k factor is around 5-6.
