Part Number: TPS23751

Customer need TPS23751 thermal pad detail dimension for PCB layout and thermal analysis,

but the exposed tie strap feature area has no type parameter, I check the Ultra liberation also.

Could sirs can share the data to me, thanks

Look for the last section: "Mechanical, Packaging, and Orderable Information"

Hi Lanjie,

The dimensions of the thermal pad should be shown on the figure on page 50 of the datasheet I linked to (seen below).

What’s more important than the mechanical dimensions of the pad is the layout footprint of the IC on the PCB since that is what is actually implemented. The size of the ground plane should be larger than the thermal pad itself, so the size of the unusual shapes on the edge of the pad should not be a concern. For layout guidelines, look at page 12 of the TPS23751EVM-104 user guide.
