For me is the block SN74LVC1G08DPWR in the X2SON package is very interesting due to its small design.

According to the data sheet the module has an operating temperature range From -40 to + 125 ° C, what is strange is the following:. The larger block SN74LVC1G08YZPR in the DSBGA package shows only a temperature range of -40 to + 85 ° C. Is this information correct? Normally, it's more like that
Smaller package has the restricted temperature range.

    In this case, the temperature range is related to how we characterized the device. It's likely that a customer requested the temperature extension on the PW package and we only did it for the one package.

    The smaller packages are typically only used in personal electronics, and as such usually don't require as high of a temperature rating, although newer devices are typically rated up to 125C regardless.
