Waveform as below
when we use triangular waves as input,the trigger level is 1.56V,It's not in conformity with the specification.

The SN74LVC1G04 has a standard CMOS input - meaning that it triggers at ~Vcc/2 and _should not_ have slow inputs as shown above. I'm guessing you are confusing VIH (High-Level Input Voltage) with Vt+ (Positive-Going Input Threshold Level). These specifications are not equivalent.
Also, the datasheet specifically lists the maximum input transition rise or fall rate (Δt/Δv) as 10ns/V at 3.3V operation -- the edge rate above appears to be ~50us, approximately 1500x slower than what the datasheet lists. Such slow inputs can cause oscillation and damage as explained in this application report: Implications of Slow or Floating CMOS Inputs.
