Hi Ankit,
It appears that there is no IBIS model for SN74ALS161B, even though there is a folder for it.

This device uses the same output structure as the SN74ALS08, which has an IBIS model available here: www.ti.com/.../toolssoftware

Since IBIS only simulates the signal integrity, these two models are the same for this purpose.
