    Hi Ahmed,
    The SN74AHC05 shares the same output structure as the SN74AHC1G09 and the IBIS model will produce nearly identical results. I would recommend using the SN74AHC05 model for your analysis:

    Because this device is only operated at relatively slow speeds (under 200MHz), the difference in package parasitics will have an extremely small effect on the results.
