Hi

Our customer are looking for the buffer of high output current. The output current (ABS) of this device is 35mA. They want more than 30mA or 40mA of output current. (Also Icc is more 120mA)

They need OE function also.(no 3 state output. They wan L output when the input is Hi-z.)

Do you have any device that the above requirement is met?

I think the open collector type of the buffer is met to the requirement. But the output may be high when the input is Hi-z.

    The CD74FCT541 has the highest output current (sink only) of any '541 function I have found. It supports up to 528mA total sink current, and 140mA total source current. Each pin can source up to 30mA and sink up to 70mA.

    I have never heard of any logic function that responds to a "Hi-Z" input. The input must be a valid logic level (LOW or HIGH).
