CD4013B: Help to recommend a single D-Type Flip-Flop which has the same function with CD4013B(Automotive device)

Could you please kindly help to recommend some Automotive single D-Type Flip flop which has the similar function with CD4013B (NLV14013BDR2G)? Thank you very much for your kindly help.

    Hi Jessica,

    The CD4k family of logic is unique in that it supports 3V to 18V operation.  We do not carry any devices outside the CD4k family that support this voltage range, and the CD4k family does not include any single gates.

    We do have single DFF gates in other families. Can you tell me about your requirement? What is the operating voltage? Frequency of operation? Are the set, preset, Q and Q\ pins all utilized in the design?  If so, I'd be very interested to hear about it, since I've never seen this done.
