I plan to use SN74LVC8T245-Q1, but I already have data on SN74LVC8T245PWG4.

Do they share the same die ?

The -Q1 device might or might not have the same die; TI is not going to guarantee this.

But in any case, the -Q1 device gets more testing, so it's possible that your SN74LVC8T245s have characteristics that are outside of what would be accepted for -Q1.
